Taxes

We are located in Moscow, ID. As such, we charge Idaho Sales Tax. Currently, the rate is:

Rush Fees

Our priority is to create the highest quality of service along with the food provided. As such, orders that are finalized for events within 5 business days (weekends are not included) are charged a rush fee:

$75.00 or 10% total invoice

(whichever is greater)

*Not all orders received within 2 weeks can be accommodated. We recommend sending an inquiry 2+ weeks in advance.

Deposits/Final Payment/Cancellations

Immediate/Small Events: If your event is within 3 weeks or is under $500, the invoice is due in full to secure your order.

Large Events: If your event is over 3 weeks and over $500, we can secure your event with a non-refundable 40% deposit, of which 100% of these funds go directly to your final invoice. Final payment will be due 10 days prior to your event. You will receive a reminder to obtain the final headcount, changes, and payment. If final payment is late, we reserve the right to revoke your order based on non-payment, which is viewed as a “cancellation” by the client and follows the cancellation policy:

Cancellations received +10 days prior to the event will forfeit the 40% deposit received (large events) or 50% of the amount received for immediate/small events. Cancellations received within 9 days of the event date will forfeit any/all amounts received.
